Belleville, Ontario On July 10th, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. police attended at a residence on Tracey Park Drive in relation to a minor call. The Officer had completed the call and had stopped on foot near the parking lot to write some notes. A male emerged from a nearby unit and started to swear at the Officer as he thought the Officer was focusing on his car. The male continued to yell at the Officer despite several warnings to settle down and return to his unit. A 43 year old Belleville man was arrested for Causing a Disturbance. During this arrest, a 35 year old Belleville woman was also arrested for Causing a Disturbance. James Berton Juby will appear in Court on August 30th on charges of Causing a Disturbance and Obstruct Police. The woman was released unconditionally.

Bail Violation

Belleville, Ontario On July 10th, 2012 at 11:30 p.m., Police attended on Sidney St. in relation to a Bail Violation. A suretor had reported that a 15 year old youth had failed to abide by a 9:00 p.m. curfew. Officers located this youth who was held for a Bail Hearing on July 11th, 2012. The youth faces one count of Breach of a Recognizance.
