Break and Enter(s)

Belleville, Ontario ? On 7 October, 2011 at 1:59 p.m., police attended at a vacant business on Front Street. It was reported that unknown person(s) had been stealing copper wiring from within the building. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 8 October, 2011 at 7:52 p.m., police attended at a residence eon Hillside Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter that occurred between 11:00 p.m. on 7 October, 2011 and 3:00 p.m. on 8 October, 2011. The culprit(s) stole electronics.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 9 October, 2011 at 9:01 a.m., police attended at a business on North Front Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter. The business owner reported that unknown person(s) smashed the glass at the front of the business and stole the cash register.

Disturbance

Belleville, Ontario ? On 8 October, 2011 at 10:40 p.m., police attended at a residence on Geddes Street in response to a complaint of males yelling, shouting and fighting. Investigation revealed that one male had returned to the residence after consuming alcohol and was bleeding, which caused the disturbance. This same male then left the residence on foot. This same male was eventually located by police on St Charles Street. The male was arrested Breach of Recognizance. Ashton Cassibo will appear in bail court on 11 October, 2011.

Impaired Operation of Motor Vehicle Collision

Belleville, Ontario ? On 8 October, 2011 at 12:23 a.m. police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision involving a black truck crashing into the front of a business on Station Street. Investigation of this collision led to the arrest of the driver of the black truck for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Failure to Provide Breath Sample, Failure to Remain at Collision. Larry Wayne Deroche (46 years) of Belleville will appear in Provincial court on 27 October, 2011.
