Belleville Police attended 70 calls for service between 10 Sept 2019 0500 and 11 Sept 2019 0500 .

Drug Charges

Belleville Ont, On 10 Sept 2019 at 948 pm officers attended at a business on North Front St in regards to two males consuming drugs at one of the tables. They were asked to leave by staff and refused. Both males were arrested and transported to the Belleville Police station. Brian Orford a 39 yr old male from Belleville was charged with one count of possession of a narcotic and one count of breach of probation. Damian Helm, a Trenton resident, was charged with two counts of possession of a narcotic and one count of breaching an undertaking. Both males were released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge conditions.

 

Drug Charges

Belleville Ont, On 10 Sept 2019 at 0342 a/m an officer on patrol observed a vehicle driving suspiciously on College St West. Officers spoke to the 4 occupants and became suspicious as to their activities. As a result of the interaction officers observed what appeared to be a handgun in the possession of one of the occupants. At that time all 4 occupants were taken into custody and transported to the police station. As a result the following charges were laid : Alisha Maille 29 yr old Belleville female charged with possession of an imitation weapon and possession of a narcotic, Thomas Breen a 24 yr old Napanee  resident was charged with possession of a narcotic, and Nicholas Deline an 18 yr old Belleville resident was charged with one count of breach of probation and one count of breach of undertaking . They were all released on a Promise to Appears with a court date in October.
