Motor Vehicle Collisions
Belleville, Ontario- During the past 24hrs Belleville Police investigated 5 property damage motor vehicle collisions. 3 of the collisions were on private property while 2 occurred on the roadways.
Disturbance
Belleville, Ontario- On the 10th of September 2015 at 11:53Pm Police responded to a disturbance call on Highland Avenue. Police located a female on the lawn of a nearby residence that had been assaulted. Investigation revealed that she had been struck by a male had fled the scene prior to Police arrival. Police later located the male and arrested him. A 54yr old male from Belleville is charged with assault and breach probation. He is being held for a bail hearing. The female did not require medical attention. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Belleville Police.
