Assault

Belleville, Ontario On August 11th, 2012, at 6:33 a.m. Police responded to a report of a Domestic Disturbance in the City's north end. As a result of an investigation, a 26 year old Belleville man was charged with Assault. He will appear in court on Sept. 20th. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Disturbances

Belleville, Ontario On August 11th, 2012, at 7:45 p.m., Police responded to a disturbance in the Catharine Street area. A male was observed by Police staggering into oncoming traffic. A 42 year old Belleville man was arrested for public intoxication.

On August 12th, 2012, at 1:30 a.m., Police responded to a disturbance at 290 North Front Street. A 23 year old Tweed woman was arrested for public intoxication, and a 29 year old Tweed man was arrested for causing a disturbance and obstructing Police.

On August 12th, 2012, at 2:35 a.m., Police responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of 366 North Front Street. All parties were sent on their way,

On August 12th, 2012, at 2:45 a.m., Police responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of 320 North Front Street. A 35 year old Belleville man was arrested for public intoxication.

On August 12th, 2012, at 3:07 a.m., Police responded to a fight in the parking lot of 298 North Front Street. All parties were sent on their way.

On August 12th, 2012, at 3:25 a.m., Police responded to a disturbance on Adam Street. Police discovered an intoxicated male wandering in the area. He was reunited with his friends.

On August 12th, 2012, at 4:08 a.m., Police responded to a complaint of a suspicious male pounding on doors on Village Drive. A 24 year old Prince Edward County man was arrested for public intoxication.

Impaired Driving

Belleville, Ontario On August 12th, 2012, at 2:45 a.m. a motorist called 911 to report an impaired driver who was northbound on North Front Street. Police stopped the car and the driver was arrested for impaired driving. 29 year old Bradley Haskin of New Brunswick will appear in court on August 30th. His charges include Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs.
