Breach Probation/Drug Arrest

Belleville, Ontario –On the 11th of August 12, 2013 at approximately 3Pm an officer on general patrol investigated 3 suspicious persons walking on Albion Street. Investigation revealed that a 19yr old male was on probation conditions not to associate with one of the other parties. As a result the male was arrested, transported to the station where he was searched and police located a small quantity of cocaine. The 19yr old male from Belleville is being held for a bail hearing Monday on charges of breach probation X2 and one charge of possession of cocaine.


Belleville, Ontario- Belleville Police Service responded to a disturbance call on Pine Street near Herchimer Ave. at approximately 6:05Pm.Upon arrival Police located a male suffering from a stab wound. Further investigation revealed two other persons, a male and female were suffering minor physical injuries as the result of an assault. Police have secured a residence for forensic examination in relation to this incident. All injured parties were transported to Quinte Health Care for treatment of injuries and released. An 18year old male is wanted for Assault cause bodily harm and a 30yr old male is wanted on a charge of assault with a weapon.
