Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario ? On 11 November, 2010 at 7:59 a.m., police attended at a school on Prince of Wales Drive in response to a complaint of a break and enter. The employee reported that a window was smashed by a rock which allowed unknown person(s) to gain entry and steal electronics. This investigation is ongoing.

Stolen Vehicle
Belleville, Ontario ? On 9 November, 2010 at 7:30 a.m., police initiated an investigation in relation to a 1998 maroon Windstar van that was reported stolen from the Coleman and Earle Streets area. On 11 November, 2010 at 1:54 p.m., police observed this vehicle in the Coleman Street area and shortly thereafter the vehicle was located on Mary Street.
Investigation of this incident led to the arrest of 2 males for possession of stolen property.
Jessie Deveaux, 19 years of Belleville has been charged with one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and he will appear in Provincial Court on 16 December, 2010.
Donovan Huycke, 18 years of Belleville has as well been charged with one count of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and he will appear in Provincial Court on 16 December.

Suspicious Vehicle
Belleville, Ontario ? On 11 November, 2010 at 8:05 p.m., police attended in the area of Pine Street in response to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle. This vehicle is described as a light blue mini van, with tinted windows, and 2 luggage racks on the roof of the vehicle. This vehicle had a male and female in the vehicle and was last seen travelling south on Charles Street.
Police are asking for assistance in identifying the occupants of this vehicle. Police are asking that anyone who has any information that will assist in this investigation to call Belleville Police Service at 613 966 0882 or Crime Stoppers at 613 969-8477.

Over 80 mgs of alcohol
Belleville, Ontario ? On 12 November, 2010 at 1:57 a.m., police observed a black Volkswagen in the North Front Street and Bell Blvd area driving in an aggressive manner. This vehicle was eventually stopped in a parking lot of a North Front Street business. Investigation led to the driver of this vehicle being charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mgs of alcohol. Geoffrey Bell, 22 years of Frankford will appear in Provincial court on 9 December, 2010.
