Over 80 mgs of Alcohol
Belleville, Ontario ? On 10 October, 2010 at 11:54 p.m., police were alerted to a male who had entered a vehicle and left a business on North Front Street. The vehicle was located and stopped on North Park Street. Investigation of this incident led to the driver, Paul Stone, 47 years of Belleville, being charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol. Stone will appear in Provincial Court in November, 2010.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 11 October 2010 at 2:34 a.m. an alert officer was travelling eastbound on Harriett Street, approaching Front Street, about to proceed on the green light. A southbound vehicle on Front Street failed to stop at the red light at this intersection. The vehicle was stopped on Moira Street West. Investigation of this incident led to the driver, Gary Haig, 49 years of Belleville, being charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol. Haig will appear in Provincial Court in November, 2010.

Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario ? On 11 October, 2010 police attended at a residence on College Street East for a report of a break and enter. The residents reported that unknown person(s) entered the resident by the backdoor and once inside stole some personal clothing. This investigation is ongoing.
