Belleville, Ontario ? On 12 October, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., police attended at a residence on Benjamin Street in response to a complaint of an assault. It was reported to police that a male and female who were known to each other, entered into an argument that escalated. As a result of this investigation a 30 year old male has been charged with 2 counts of assault and one count of Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. This male is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on 20 October, 2011.


Belleville, Ontario ? On 13 October, 2011 at 1:28 a.m., police attended at a business on Front Street in response to a complaint of 3 males causing damage by kicking at the window and destroying a large planter belonging to a Front Street business. Employees of the business provided descriptions of the males and that these males were last seen walking north bound on Front Street near Bridge Street. Police located males matching the descriptions provided at 1:39 a.m. further north on Front Street.

Investigation of this incident resulted in one of the 3 males from the original complaint being charged with one count of Mischief Under $5000.00, Obstruct Peace Officer and 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking.

Brandon Ross (18 years) of Belleville is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on 24 November, 2011.
