Disorderly Conduct

City Police responded to a call on Tracey St at approximately 9pm last night in regards to a disoriented male attempting to gain entry into a house that was not his own.  The complainant advised police that the suspect continually banged on the front door asking to be let into the residence.  Police found the suspect to be intoxicated as well as under the influence of unknown drugs.  The suspect was only 17 years old and a Belleville resident.  The youth was apprehended under the liquor licence act for being intoxicated in a public place and spent the remainder on the night in police custody. He was released early this morning when sober and fined under the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario.
