Arrest on warrants

 

Belleville, Ontario – On January 12th, 2018, at 7:47 p.m. officers attended at a disturbance at a building on Bridge Street West. A 21-year-old Belleville woman was arrested on outstanding warrants held by Quinte West OPP. The charges included assault, uttering death threats, and failing to appear in court. She was turned over to the Quinte West OPP.

 

 

Motor Vehicle Collisions

 

Belleville, Ontario – On January 12th, 2018, police attended at 4 accident scenes during the overnight snow storm.

 

At 5:00 p.m. police attended at a two-car accident on Bell Blvd. at the Quinte Mall. There were no injuries.

 

At 6:03 p.m. police attended at a two-car accident on Cannifton Road at Clifford Street. One vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no injuries.

 

At 7:26 p.m. police attended on Airport Parkway in relation to a single vehicle accident. The vehicle had entered the ditch. There were no injuries.

 

At 12:42 a.m. police attended on Bronk Road in Thurlow Ward in relation to a single vehicle accident. A pickup truck had entered the ditch and ended up on its side. The vehicle was towed from the ditch. There were no injuries.
