Prowl By Night, Belleville, Ont. On the 13^thof June 2014 during the early morning hours - a lone male wearing dark clothing was observed going into several parked vehicles in the city’s west end. Belleville Police investigated and after a short foot pursuit the male was arrested without further incident. A 32yr old male from Belleville was charged with prowl by night, theft from a motor vehicle and possession of stolen property. The male will be appearing in a Belleville court later this month.
