Follow up to Home Invasion

On the 12 March 2015 at 5:20 pm Allan Joseph Kelleher turned himself in at the Belleville Police without incident. He was held in custody for a show cause hearing on the 13 March 2015.

 Follow-up Home Invasion March 1st 2015

Belleville, Ontario – On Thursday March 5th 2015, members of the Belleville Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch issued warrants of arrest for the two males responsible for the home invasion which took place on March 1st 2015.

Troy Jeffery MacDonald, 18 years of age, and Allan Joseph Kelleher, 29 years of age, both of Belleville are charged with;

  • Break and enter to commit robbery

  • Break and enter to commit assault with a weapon

  • Break and enter to commit assault

  • Break and enter to commit mischief under $5000

  • Break and enter commit theft under $5000 x2

  • Robbery with a weapon

  • Assault with a weapon

  • Assault

  • Mischief under $5000

  • Forcible confinement

  • Wearing a disguise in the commission of an offence.

At 10:07am March 5th 2015, Jeffery MacDonald was arrested by police without incident; he is being held for a show cause hearing on March 5th 2015 at Provincial Court Belleville.  Police are actively attempting to locate and arrest Allan Joseph Kelleher.

Police are also looking for a smaller vehicle, perhaps a greyish/cream-coloured older style mini-van which may have been used in the commission of the offences.

Home Invasion

Belleville, Ontario - On Sunday, March 1st, 2015 in the early morning hours, police responded to a report of a home invasion near Sidney Street and Bridge Street West.  Two males with knives forced entry into an apartment demanding property.  They are described as; white males between 20-25 years of age,

Suspect #1 - is approximately 6’- 6’3” large build, approximately 250lbs. 

Suspect #2 – is approximately between5’10”-6’ slim build.

The complainant was not injured; a wallet with money and identification was stolen.
