Disturbances

Belleville, Ontario On September 12th, 2012, at 7:45 p.m. Police were called to a disturbance on Dundas Street East. The investigation revealed that it was a lone male who had been stumbling around in an intoxicated state. A further check revealed that this male had a bail condition which prohibited him from drinking alcohol. A 41 year old Belleville man was arrested and held for a Bail Hearing on a charge of Breach of an Undertaking.

On September 12th, 2012, at 8:46 p.m., Police were called to a disturbance on Bleecker Ave. near Bridge St. East. It was learned that a male had punched another male in the face several times. A male party was transported to Quinte Health Care for a broken jaw. Police are continuing this assault investigation. Any information on this assault can be forwarded to the Belleville Police Service or Crimestoppers.

On September 12th, 2012, at 8:49 p.m. Police attended in the City's south end in relation to a Domestic Assault. A 37 year old Belleville man was arrested and held for a Bail Hearing on two counts of assault, and mischief to property. The victim received minor injuries in the incident.

On September 12th, 2012, at 11:55 p.m., Police attended at Quinte Health Care in relation to an unruly patient in the Emergency Department. A 23 year old Belleville man was arrested for public intoxication.
