Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario - On April 13^th, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., Police responded to a report of a break and enter to a residence on Thrasher Road. It was learned that unknown person(s) had gained entry, but nothing appeared to have been taken. Anyone with information on this incident can call the Belleville Police Service or Crimestoppers.

Disturbances

Belleville, Ontario ? On April 14^th, 2012, at 2:00 a.m., Police responded to fights at two different bars on N. Front Street. The crowd was dispersed in the first fight, and a male was taken into custody in the second fight. This male had sustained injuries as a result of being struck by a beer bottle. He was transported to Quinte Health Care for treatment. The assault investigation is continuing.

On April 14^th, 2012, at 3:15 a.m., Police responded to a disturbance on St. Charles Street. A 20 year old Belleville man was arrested for breach of the peace.
