The Belleville Police Service received information from this bulletin as to potential suspects. Further, on June 09th, 2011 an officer on patrol in the downtown core spotted the suspect matching the description of the suspect as depicted in the crime bulletin. Further investigation continued with the assistance of the Crime Analyst and the closed circuit cameras downtown. As a result of the images secured from the downtown cameras, the suspect was positively identified entering the same vehicle depicted in the video surveillance at the scene of the break and enter. Charged with two counts of Break and Enter and a charge of Breach of Probation is Jason Poirier, 37 years of age from Belleville.
