Belleville, Ontario? Break and Enters

On the 19th of May 2011 and the 06th of June 2011 police responded to reports of a break and enter to a business on Bell Blvd. With video surveillance footage available from the business, police were able to prepare a crime bulletin to share with all members of the Belleville Police Service and other law enforcement agencies. The Belleville Police Service received information from this bulletin as to potential suspects. Further, on June 09th, 2011 an officer on patrol in the downtown core spotted the suspect matching the description of the suspect as depicted in the crime bulletin. Further investigation continued with the assistance of the Crime Analyst and the closed circuit cameras downtown. As a result of the images secured from the downtown cameras, the suspect was positively identified entering the same vehicle depicted in the video surveillance at the scene of the break and enter. Charged with two counts of Break and Enter and a charge of Breach of Probation is Jason Poirier, 37 years of age from Belleville.
