The Belleville Police responded to 71 calls for service between 0500 hrs on the 13th of June 2019 and 0500 hrs on the 14th of June 2019.

Breach of Probation

Belleville, ON -  On the 13th of June 2019 at 9:30 p.m., officers attended a business on Dundas St W in regards to male causing problems. When police arrived the male was still on scene. Further investigation revealed that he was on probation. The male was arrested for breaching his probation by consuming alcohol, and breaching his probation by failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior. Brian Frank a 29 year-old male from the Tweed area was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in July

Disturbance

Belleville, ON -  On the 13th of June 2019 at at 11:00 p.m., officers were called to a business on North Front St in regards to a disturbance and possibly a female requiring medical attention. Upon arrival, officers received information that two females and a male were in some kind of fight in the parking lot. Further investigation revealed that the females who were fighting were related. As a result, one of the females was taken to B.G.H for observation due to her level of intoxication.

The other female, who was in her 50’s, from Trenton was arrested for public intoxication. There were no injuries.

Breach of Probation

Belleville, ON -  On the 14th of June 2019 at 2:00 a.m., officers attended at a business at Bridge and Sidney in regards to a female who was refusing to leave. When police attended a record check indicated that there was a warrant for her arrest for breaching her probation by not reporting to a probation officer. Holly Neale, a 29 year-old female, was held for a bail hearing.
