Arson

Belleville Ont,  At 1230 am officers attended a residence in the North West area in regards to a fire. Residents in the house noticed smoke in front of their window. When they went outside the noticed the front porch and stairs on fire. Belleville Fire attended and extinguished the fire. There was substantial damage . The cause is under investigation as an arson.
