Belleville, Ontario – On December 13th, 2013 police responded to 5 accidents across the City. All of the accidents were minor in nature with no injuries. Only two of the accidents were during the storm.

Belleville, Ontario- On the 14th December 2013 police attended to a west end apartment building regarding a smell of marijuana. Upon arrival the was a faint smell and a short investigation resulted a minor amount of marijuana being seized for disposal. No charges laid
