Belleville, Ontario On Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 11:09 am, police responded to a business on Millennium Pkwy in regards to a female shoplifter. Upon arrival, further police investigation revealed that this same female was on other outstanding charges with conditions as well as a probation order. As a result, a 29 year old female is arrested and charged with Theft under $5,000, Breach of an Officer in Charge Undertaking, and Breach of Probation and is being held in custody for a Bail Hearing on May 15, 2013.

Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario On Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 12:03 pm, police responded to a residence on Airport Pkwy in regards to a break and enter. Sometime between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm on May 13, 2013, unknown suspect(s) entered a shed on the property and stole a John Deere riding lawn tractor. Anyone with information about this break and enter is asked to contact the Belleville Police Service or Quinte Crimestoppers.
