Indecent Act

Belleville, Ontario ? On 14 November, 2011 at 9:29 a.m., police attended at a residence on South Church Street in response to a complaint of a male exposing his genitalia.

It was reported that a white male described as approximately 5'8?, 25 to 30 years of age, heavy set, with a dark complexion, and scruffy beard and wearing a black touque , black jacket with red stripes and blue jeans was walking north on South Church Street at approximately 8:45 a.m.

The complainant observed that while this male was walking toward her his genitals were exposed.

Police are seeking the assistance of the public in identify this male. Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 613 966 0882.
