Warrants - Belleville, Ontario

On the 14th of November 2015 at 10:37 AM police attended a residence on Pinnacle Street with regard to a stolen motor vehicle complainant. During this time and unrelated to the original call the complainant’s boyfriend was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Breach of Probation. Trevor House (35 years old) of Belleville will appear in Belleville court on November 16th for a Bail Hearing. The stolen motor vehicle complaint is still under investigation.

Assault with a weapon - Belleville, Ontario

On the 15th of November 2015 at 1:37 AM police attended the residences at Loyalist College with regard to a male causing a disturbance with a knife. The male attempted to strike another male party with a knife but narrowly missed and cut open his shirt – the victim was unharmed. Once on scene police arrested the male party without incident. A 19 year old Montreal man was  

charged with 2 counts of assault with a weapon and 1 count of uttering threats. He will appear in Belleville Court in December of 2015.
