Indecent Acts Belleville, Ontario

 

  On Tuesday October 14th 2014, officers from the Belleville Police Service spotted a male exposing himself and masturbating on a balcony of an apartment complex located in the south east end of Belleville.  Officers had responded to 3 separate complaints from the 19th September, 9th October and 10thOctober 2014; in all three instances the male was naked, standing on a balcony exposing himself and masturbating.

 

Police have arrested and charged 26 year old Kaladar male with 4 counts of Indecent Act.  He will appear in Provincial Court on 27th day of November 2014. His name will not be released at this time.

Mischief Belleville, Ontario

 

 At approximately 5:10 pm on October 14, 2014 police were called to a Bridge Street East business to investigate a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival they found that there was overturned merchandise and liquid from various store products all over the floor. A female suspect was located inside and was identified as being the person responsible for the damage. She was arrested at the scene and transported to the Belleville Police Service. The 21 year old Belleville woman faces a charge of Mischief Under $5000. She was held for a bail hearing on October 15, 2014.

 

 

 

 

Domestic Dispute Belleville, Ontario

 

 

 At approximately 7:35 pm on October 14, 2014 police were called to a Monteagle Blvd residence to investigate a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival they found that a male and female had been involved in an altercation and that the female had damaged numerous porcelain and glass ornaments by smashing them on the floor. She was arrested at the scene and transported to the Belleville Police Service. The 47 year old Belleville woman faces a charge of Mischief Under $5000. She was held for a bail hearing on October 15, 2014.

 

 

Robbery Belleville, Ontario

 

 At approximately 4:20 am police responded to an east end convenience store to investigate a report of a robbery. A lone male had entered the store and demanded the money from the till. No weapon was seen and there were no injuries to the store clerk. The male suspect fled on foot out of the store with a small amount of money. He was described as being caucasian, 56-58 and having a medium build. He had a light brown moustache with a goatee or beard and a high pitched voice. He was reportedly wearing a black hoodie and pants, and had black gloves on with some yellow on the fingers. He was also carrying a black knapsack which may have had some yellow writing. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to call the Belleville Police Service or Quinte Crimestoppers.
