Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario - On September 15 2009 at approximately 8:07am police received a report of a Break and Enter that occurred overnight at an Albion Street business.  The office area was ransacked, but nothing taken. 

Liquor License Act / Mischief

Belleville, Ontario ? On September 15 2009 at approximately 6:09pm, Police were called to a residence on Station Street in relation to a disturbance.  Once on scene, Police arrested and took into custody a 17 year old Belleville female for Public Intoxication. She was held in custody for a short time and later released.  

A short time later Police received seven 911 calls within a fourteen minute time span by the same female who was using profane language and disrupting and tying up emergency 911 lines.  At approximately 10:40pm, police re-attended the residence on Station Street and arrested and took into custody the 17 year old female.  She has been charged with one count of Mischief and was later released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer In Charge Undertaking with various conditions of release. She was issued a court date in October 2009.  

Traffic Enforcement/Drugs

Belleville Ontario - On September 15 2009 at approximately 9:22pm, Police stopped a vehicle on Church Street. This resulted in the 42 year old Sudbury man being issued a Roadside Screening Test. The tested came back with a ?Warn? which resulted in the driver having his license suspended for three days.  Police also located narcotics in the vehicle. The male has been charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance and has been issued a court date in October 2009.
