Bail Violation

Belleville, Ont. - On February 16, 2010, an officer on patrol observed two males and one female walking together in the area of Harriett Street at 10:30 p.m. All of them were known to the officer. Further information revealed the two males were on previous conditions of non communication with each other as well as a further condition of non communication with the female. It was also learned that the two males were also on conditions with a curfew of 9:00 p.m.

A 14 year old Belleville youth and a 15 year old Frankford youth were arrested and charged with three counts each of Fail to Comply with an Undertaking. Both youths will appear in court in March 2010.

The names of the youths will not be released due to the provisions within the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Stolen Vehicle

Belleville, Ont. - On February 16, 2010, Tracey Park Drive resident reported her vehicle stolen. The vehicle was taken sometime during the day and is a 2002, GMC Envoy, Gray SUV. The plate number is BERH531.

Theft from Vehicles

Belleville, Ont. - On February 16, 2010, three vehicles were entered overnight and property taken. The incidents occurred between February 15th and the morning of the 16th. The vehicles had been parked on Victoria Ave, Charlotte Street and Moira Street West. Two of the vehicles were left unlocked and the types of property taken were an IPOD, CD's, and documentation such as ownership and insurance.
