Belleville, Ontario;   In January 2015 the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a tip through Microsoft Corporation regarding inappropriate content in a SkyDrive Account. This information was then passed on to the RCMP who determined that the person(s) accessing the content deemed to be child pornography was doing so in the City of Belleville. The Belleville Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch along with the Tech Crimes Unit executed a number of search warrants. As a result on April 15 2015 Belleville Police arrested a 23 year old Belleville resident. Nicholas BELANGER was charged with one count each of Possessing, Accessing and Distributing Child Pornography over a 4 month period. Belanger was also charged with Luring a Young Person by way of telecommunications and making Sexually Explicit material available to a young person. Belanger was held for a show cause hearing on 16 April 2015
