Assault with a Weapon/ Mischief
Belleville, Ontario ? On 15 November, 2010 at 11:10 p.m., police attended at a residence on Stone Street in response to neighbour dispute.
It is alleged that the complainant had the front window of his residence smashed as the neighbour threw a propane gas tank at the window after the neighbour had been struck by pipe swung by the complainant. Investigation of this incident resulted in both parties being arrested.
Ryan O'Neil 24 years of Belleville has been charged with one count of Assault with a weapon and will appear in Provincial court on 23 December, 2010.
Michael Skalba, 26 years of Belleville has been charged with Mischief under $ 5000.00 and will appear in Provincial court on 30 December, 2010.
