Belleville, Ontario ? On 15 September, 2010 at 4:22 p.m., police attended at the Loyalist College south parking lot in response to a complaint of a stolen vehicle. The owner reported that sometime between noon and 4 p.m. unknown person(s) stole a green 1996 Dodge Ram truck (bearing Ontario marker 1133YS). This investigation is ongoing
