Mischief to garden

Belleville ON, On 17 August 2019, at 12:35 a.m., police responded to the area of Victoria Avenue and Church Street regarding a mischief to a garden. It was reported that two males were removing bricks from a garden and throwing them on the road. A video was obtained, but could not assist in identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call Belleville Police.

Domestic dispute leads to charges.

Belleville ON, On 17 August 2019, at 2:40 a.m., police were called to an east end address regarding a domestic dispute. On arrival, police were advised that a female had pushed a female and struck her with a fan. The victim was seen by paramedics, but did not require medical attention. A 60 year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with assault. His name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim
