During the morning of August 16th, Belleville Police received 5 reports of thefts from vehicles in the Ashley Street / Harmony Road area the previous night. Vehicles were all left unlocked. Police once again ask the public to lock their vehicle and not to leave valuable in the vehicles.




On the 16th of August 2014 at 7 am police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle . The vehicle is a black Hyundai Azera 4 door car. The plate number is BLHD537. The vehicle was stolen from a residence in the north end of Belleville and was last seen in the driveway on the 15th of August. If anyone has any information regarding this theft contact the Belleville Police Service or Crime Stoppers





On August 16th, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. police were called to North Park Street for reports of an intoxicated male knocking on doors. A 35 year old Thomasburg man was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act.
