Belleville, Ontario- On 16 January, 2013 at 7:43 a.m., police attended on Front Street in response to a report of damage to a vehicle. Investigation of this incident led to the arrest of Aaron Edwards (37 years) of Belleville. Edwards will next appear for a bail hearing on 21 January, 2013.

Bail Violation

Belleville, Ontario On 17 January, 2013 at 7:33 p.m., police attended at a residential complex on Moira Street West in response to a report of a disturbance. It was reported that a group of males were attempting to commit theft but were stifled when confronted by a group of residents from the complex.

All but one of the males then fled the scene. Investigation led to the arrest of an 18 year old Quinte West man for was arrested one count of Failure to Comply with Recognizance and will appear in Provincial Court on 17 January, 2013 for a bail hearing.

Uttering Threats

Belleville, Ontario On 16 January, 2013 at 11:17 a.m., it was reported to police that a tenant from a residence on Tripp Avenue was threatening other tenants. Investigation of this complaint led police to arrest a 27 year old Belleville man who is scheduled to appear in bail court on 17 January, 2013. This male has been charged with two counts of Uttering Threats to Cause Bodily Harm.
