Belleville, Ontario ? On 17 July 2009 at approximately 3:30 am, Police attended a North Front Street hotel in regards to an intoxicated male who had passed out in the hallway of the hotel. The male was located and arrested for being intoxicated in a common area. He was lodged in cells and later released with Provincial Offences Notice.
