Belleville, Ontario ? On 16 October, 2011 at 3:12 a.m., police attended at a business in the 300 block of North Front Street in response to a complaint from an employee about a disturbance.

It was reported to police that this disturbance was the result of 2 males that initially entered into an argument which escalated into a fight. EMS attended to assist the victim and transported the victim to QHC for treatment of non life threatening injuries.

The male suspect involved in this incident is described as having short blond hair, wearing a white hoodie, jeans and approx six feet tall.

Belleville Police Service is asking that anyone that has any information in relation to this assault or witnessed the incident to contact Detective Constable Josefik at 613 066-0882 or Crime Stoppers at 613 969-8477.

Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario ? on 15 October, 2011 at 10:10 a.m., police attended at a residence on Coleman Street in response to a complaint of a residential break and enter that occurred between 8:30 and 9:45 a.m... The residents reported that unknown person(s) entered the residence via the front door and stole medication, jewelry, electronics and bicycle. This investigation is ongoing.
