Belleville, Ontario On the 13thof November 2014, members of the BPS with assistance from the OPP, executed a CDSA Search Warrant in the east end of Belleville. As a result of the search warrant, police seized marihuana, a variety of controlled narcotics (pills), cash, weigh scales, stolen property, ammunition, 3 prohibited ASP batons, brass knuckles, spring loaded knives and a cell phone taser. 


The following persons were charged as a result of the search warrants:

- Jody Wannamaker - 34 year old male from Belleville

- Jamie Morrow 34 year old female from Belleville and

- A 16 year old male of Belleville who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. 

All 3 persons have been charged with the following offences:


  • Possession of Marijuana and controlled narcotics for the purpose of trafficking (2 counts total)

  • Possession of Proceeds of Crime

  • Production of Marihuana

  • Possession of stolen property and

  • 7 counts of possession of a prohibited device



    All 3 persons were released from custody on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking and have December 2014 court dates.
