Breach of Probation

Belleville, Ontario - On the 18th of April 2009 at approximately 6:26 pm, Police arrested a youth for two counts of Breach of Probation and one count of Breach of Undertaking as a result of an investigation launched at the request of his father. The 16 year old boy from Belleville had previously been arrested for Theft Under $5000 and Breach of Probation and had been released to his father?s custody on strict conditions. It was later learned that he had been missing his curfew and consuming alcohol and thus was violating the terms of his Probation order. The youth was held for a Show Cause Hearing on Monday April 20th.            

 

Break and Enter 

Belleville, Ontario - On the 18th of April 2009 at approximately 8:52 pm, Police were called to a Russell Street residence to investigate a report of a Break and Enter. Sometime between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm unknown person(s) entered the home through a rear patio door.  A computer tower and screen were the only items taken. The investigation is continuing.

 

 Belleville, Ontario - On the 18th of April 2009 at approximately 10:50 pm Police were called to a North Front Street business to investigate a report of a Break and Enter. Investigation revealed that a side window had been smashed and approximately $400 worth of clothing and shoes had been stolen. This investigation is continuing.
