Belleville, Ontario- Assault

On the 18^th of April 2015, at 10:58Am Police responded to a disturbance at an Elgin Street residence. Investigation revealed a male and female had been involved in an altercation with the female punching and kicking the male. Upon leaving the residence the male broke a window in the door. A 22 yr. old female from Belleville is charged with assault and breach probation. The 19yr old male from Belleville is charged with mischief. Both were released on a promise to appear in court April 27^th.
