Sexual Assault

Belleville Ontario; On 17 August at approximately 0630 hours Belleville Police were called to a west end location for a report of a sexual assault.  A 30 year old male was arrested at the scene and charged with Sexual Assault, Break and Enter and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order. The male who cannot be named due to a publication ban was held for a bail hearing on 18 August 2017
