Theft of Wallet
Belleville, Ont. ? On the 18th June, 2009 at 2:30pm a visiting tourist lost her wallet at the Quinte Mall. It is described as a black Liz Claibourne folding wallet containing Canadian and Indian currency (rupees) along with other personal identification. If located, please contact or turn into the Belleville Police Service.
Breach of Probation
Belleville, Ont. - On the 18th of June 2009 at 6:00p.m. police attended in the area of Herchimer Ave and Dundas St E regarding a domestic dispute. The man and women were involved in a verbal argument however the man was on probation with conditions that he was not to have any communication with the female. The man was arrested for Breach of Probation and later released with a court date in July.
Drugs
Belleville, Ont. - On the 18th of June 2009 at 5:00p.m. police on routine patrol on Front St observed to males making a drug transaction. The officer arrested both men for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance. One was released with a July court date while the other was held for a show cause hearing.
