Belleville, Ont. ? On November 18, 2009, at 11:52 p.m. police responded to a theft complaint at a restaurant located on Dundas Street, East, Belleville. The complainant reported that sometime between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. unknown person(s) cut the lock off his 21 speed, gold and black mountain bicycle while it was chained in the bike rack at that location. The bike is described as having a bell on the right hand side of the handle bars, a regular seat, reflective tape on front fork and is valued at $150.00. This investigation is ongoing.
