Motor Vehicle Collisions.

Belleville, ON   On 17 October, Belleville Police were kept busy with motor vehicle collisions. Eight collisions in total were reported throughout the city between 7:00am and 5:30pm. There were no reports of injuries.

 

No issues in R.I.D.E program.

Belleville ON, On 17 October at 11:00pm, Belleville Police conducted a R.I.D.E program in the area of North Front Street. 75 vehicles were checked, and there were no reported incidents of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A 21 year old male from Alberta was charged with 3 traffic offences including driving without insurance.

 

Shoplifting

Belleville, ON, On 17 October at 2:20pm, police attended a Millenium Parkway business regarding a shoplifter. A 35 year old female was charged with trespassing. While there, police were alerted to another female shoplifter. Police located a 23 year old female and charged her with trespassing as well.
