Belleville, Ontario ? 19 April, 2010, police responded to 2 commercial break and enters that occurred over the weekend at businesses on Adam Street and Station Street. The culprits stole money and tools. As well sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on 19 April, 2010 unknown person(s) broke a window to gain entry into a residence on North Front Street and then stole a WII Nintendo System. These investigations are ongoing.
Belleville, Ontario ? 19 April, 2010, employees of Canada Post reported that 5 Community Mail Box stations were damaged. The Community Mail Box stations are located on Sarah Court, Tracey Street, Oakridge Blvd, Hickory Grove and Huron Lane. These investigations are ongoing.
Belleville, Ontario ? 19 April, 2010 police responded to 2 complaints of thefts from residences on Hemlock Crescent between 8:45 p.m. on 18 April, 2010 and 6:30 a.m. on 19 April, 2010. The thieves stole an IPOD and a bicycle, these investigations are ongoing.
Belleville Police are urging the members of our community to lock all vehicles, secure valuables out of site of the general public, use a locking devise on bicycles and to remove any keys from vehicle(s) even if the bicycle(s)/vehicle(s) are in a garage or out building.
