Stolen Vehicle- Belleville, Ontario

On the 18th of September at 5:10Pm Belleville Police investigated the theft of a motor vehicle from a Harriett Street business. The vehicle is describes as a 2008 Pontiac G5, blue in colour bearing Ont. Plate BTWW116. The suspect observed entering the car is described as female, brown hair wearing a white shirt. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Belleville Police or Quinte Crime Stoppers.

Disturbance/Weapons- Belleville, Ontario

On the 18th of September at 8:10Pm Police responded to a call for a large disturbance on Station St. Upon arrival Police observed several persons enter a nearby residence. Investigation revealed that a male party had been observed carrying a large machete. Officers further located an unloaded hunting rifle, cross bow and another large knife. Thomas Lariviere 51yrs from Belleville is charged with - Unauthorized possession of a weapon, careless storage of a firearm and weapons dangerous. Karl Westover 52yrs from Belleville is charged with - Unauthorized possession of a weapon, careless storage of a firearm. Both males were released from custody on a Promise to appear and will appear in court 29 Oct 2015. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Belleville Police or Quinte Crime Stoppers.

Disturbance- Belleville, Ontario

On the 19th of September at 12:00Am Police responded to a disturbance call at a Coleman Street residence. Investigation revealed that a 46yr old female had been drinking and was causing problems within the shared residence. The female was arrested for causing a disturbance and transported to Belleville Police. She was held until sober and released unconditionally.
