Take Motor Vehicle without Consent/Mischief under/ Breach of Probation
Belleville, Ontario ? On 1 December, 2010 at 5:41 p.m., police attended at a residence on Dundas Street East in response to a 911 call reporting that a male had taken a grey Pontiac Grand AM without the owner's consent. Police located the vehicle on Front Street and the driver was arrested for Take Motor Vehicle without Consent. Further investigation of this incident led to information that resulted in the driver (26 year old Belleville man) being charged with Breach of Probation and Mischief under $ 5000.00. This male will appear in Provincial Court on 2 December, 2010 for a bail hearing.

Poppy Box Thefts
Belleville, Ontario ? Belleville Police Service previously reported that on 31 October, 2010, at two Tim Horton's locations the Poppy Boxes were stolen. As well on 5 November, 2010 another Poppy Box was stolen from one of the previously targeted Tim Horton's.

Investigation of these thefts has resulted in a 15 year old Belleville female being charged on 26 November, 2010, with 2 counts of Theft Under $5000.00. The Youth Criminal Justice Act protects the identity of this female. A second party in these offences has been identified but not yet apprehended. This investigation continues.
