At approximately 1:30 am on March 2, 2013 police responded to a
Front Street business to investigate a report of a male who was leaving the establishment and was about to drive while intoxicated. Officers arrived and checked the area and later located the male driving a vehicle westbound on
Dundas Street West. It was stopped near the
Sidney Street intersection and the driver was found to have been consuming alcohol. As a result of the investigation Jesse Robinson, aged 25, of
Belleville was charged criminally with one count of Failing to Provide a Breath Sample. He was arrested at the scene and transported to the Belleville Police Service before being released on a Promise to Appear.
