Break and Enter/ Prowl by Night

Belleville, On – On 19 June, 2017 police arrived at a residence on West at 05:35 a.m. in response to a complaint of a suspicious male lurking around residences.  Investigation of this complaint resulted in officers observing a male in between houses and a short foot pursuit ensued. 

During this pursuit a second male was observed by police running in the same direction.  Both the males were eventually apprehended.

A 21 year old Belleville male was charged with Trespass by night, Break and Enter, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation. The male was held for a bail hearing.

The second person arrested was an 18 year old Belleville male.  This male was charged with 4 counts of Failure to Comply Probation, one count of Trespass by Night, one count of Break and Enter and one count of possession of stolen property.
