Shoplifting
Belleville, Ontario ? On January 20, 2010, the Belleville police responded to three incidents of shoplifting. In one incident a 51 year old woman was charged with stealing $30.00 worth of DVD's from Giant Tiger. In two separate incidents two people were charged with shoplifting at the Walmart Store. A 49 year old Belleville woman was charged in once incident and a 21 year old Belleville woman was charged in another incident.
Mischief & Theft
Belleville, Ontario ? On January 20, 2010, two vehicles in the downtown area were damaged and items taken. Both were reported on January 20th between 5:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. with one being parked on Front Street and the other on Pinnacle Street. Both vehicles had their side window smashed and in once incident a GPS was taken and approximately 15 CD's were taken from the other vehicle.
