Breach of recognizance
Belleville, On.– As a result of a police investigation that was initiated on the 18thof July 2014 a 33 yr. old Belleville male was arrested on the 19thof July 2014 shortly after 6:00 PM for 3 counts of breach of recognizance. He is being held for a Video Show Cause Hearing on the 20th of July 2014.
Belleville, On. –Shortly before midnight on the 19th of July 2014 as a result of a call from the public a 34 year old Belleville man was arrested for impaired driving. After providing two samples that read more than twice the legal limit he was charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit and released with a fingerprint and court date in August 2014.
Belleville, On. – Shortly after 2:30 AM a 39 year old Kingston area female was issued a three day suspension after providing a breath sample into a roadside screening device.
Breach of Peace
Belleville, On. –After a number of calls to a Russell St. address with regards to ongoing disturbances between neighboring addresses a 25 yr. old female and a 27 yr. old male were both arrested for breach of the peace. They were later released unconditionally.
Belleville, On. – Shortly after 2:30 A.M police were called to assist The Belleville Fire Department with traffic control with regards to a house fire in Belleville’s east end. The three occupants of the residence managed to vacate the house unharmed. Victim Services and The Red Cross were called in to assist the residents. The fire is being investigated by The Ontario Fire Marshalls Office. No cause of the fire has been determined at this time.
