Belleville, Ont. ? On the 20th of June, 2009 between 9:39pm and 10:15pm four people were arrested while at Music Fest at Zwick?s Park. A 26 year old Belleville female and a 40 year old Whitby female were arrested for Breach of the Peace. A 28 year old Belleville male and 47 year old Trenton male were arrested for Intoxicated in a Public place.
