Break and Enter

Belleville, Ontario ? On 19 June, 2011 at 6:01 a.m., police attended at a business on Pinnacle Street in response to an intrusion alarm. Investigation revealed that unknown person(s) forced entry through the front door and stole cash and alcohol. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 17 June, 2011 at 5:42 p.m., police attended at a residence on Dundas Street East in response to a complaint of a break and enter. It was reported that sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole electronics. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 19 June, 2011 at 2:22 p.m., police attended at a residence on Cannifton Road, North in response to a complaint of break and enter to a garage. It was reported that at 1:15 a.m. unknown person(s) stole a Green 2001 KX 125 Kawasaki dirt bike. This investigation is ongoing.

Indecent Act

Belleville, Ontario ? On 17 June, 2011 at 9:57 a.m. police were informed of an incident that occurred on the waterfront trail at South Sidney Street earlier at 9:30 a.m. The complainant advised that while walking on the path eastbound a male called out from the bushes asking for the time. The complainant provided the time to the male and noted at that time the male was standing and exposing his genitalia.

The suspect is described as average build, 5'9? to 5'11? tall, with a bald or shaved head, a clean shaven face and was wearing a black t-shirt with a white design and solid black shorts.

This investigation is ongoing.

Over 80 mgs of alcohol

Belleville, Ontario ? On 20 June, 2011 at 12:16 a.m. an officer on general patrol stopped a green, 2005 Chevrolet Uplander on Cannifton Road. The driver displayed signs of having consumed alcohol. Investigation of this led to the arrest of the driver. Rebecca Warr (31 years) of Belleville has been charged with one count of Operate Motor Vehicle with More then 80 mgs of Alcohol and will appear in Provincial court on 30 June, 2011.
